The apartment was traditional with views of the ocean and town. The hosts of this property were really helpful. The bed was very uncomfortable here but I loved the stay overall: )

our place had nice price, that's important. the apartment was nice with location just next door to the old town of dubrovnik, and the port for 200 kuna a day. we could enjoy views of the sea. staff was very kind and nice, helped us a lot. it was awesome close to banje beach.
Tbh, the room was slightly dark.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Villa Iveta. Our purpose was to explore the beautiful city's old town, and the hotel's location made it incredibly easy to do so. The balcony offered a lovely view and the host was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a private external bathroom, and there was ample closet space. The wifi was quick, and the apartment had everything we needed, including two bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with incredible ocean and city views. Plus, it was just a short walk to the main entrance of the old city walls.
Would recommend this hotel.

We had a really lovely stay in Dubrovnik just off excellent restaurants and bars and the old harbour, bus station and Dubrovnik's old town. It was unbeatable and magnificent next to the owner's quarters.

The rooms at Villa Iveta are so cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where you can relax after a long day. The thoughtful touches in the guestrooms, like premium bedding and air conditioning, made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved having free WiFi in our room, which made it easy to stay connected. The shared terrace with a sea view was a highlight, giving us a beautiful spot to enjoy our morning coffee.
Personally, I didn't find the electric kettle in the triple room very useful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and had a stunning sea view. The shower was excellent and the air conditioning was very effective in keeping me cool in the summer heat. The staff, especially Martina, were friendly and helpful, providing great tips for things to do and see. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop for the port and within the maze of passageways in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, and the availability of a small bar fridge in the room was a nice bonus.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by Martina's friendly smile and helpful suggestions on what to do in the area - super helpful! The recently renovated and spotlessly clean room exceeded our expectations, and the balcony with its jaw-dropping view of the Adriatic Sea was simply amazing. The location just outside the old town walls made it quiet yet easily accessible. A short walk and we were right in the heart of the old town - mind-blowing! we highly recommend staying here for a comfortable and unforgettable experience.

The decoration at Villa Iveta had a charming and homely feel, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. As a senior woman, I greatly appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The staff was always ready to assist me with any needs, and the location of the hotel made it convenient for me to explore the nearby attractions, such as the Walls of Dubrovnik, with ease.
The only thing I would have asked for to make the vacation even better for senior people is if the free Wi-Fi had a more stable connection. Although this was a minor inconvenience, considering that I spent most of my time exploring the city, it would have been nice to have a consistent internet connection during my stay.

Amazing value for money, with a room that had fantastic views and a great location just a few minutes walk from the old town. The owner was incredibly friendly and the property was clean and well-maintained.
Breakfast items could have been improved with softer towels.
